I 2nd this I beat the game last night and I'm very impressed with what Obsidian did with the game and the endings. I got it done in 35 hours and I only had it freeze on me twice.

Mine was about 45 hours, not doing everything intentionally so I can still experience new things the second, third and forth times through.

With a game THIS complex there will always be bugs. Some people are still not even able to play and I feel for them. Im just glad I was able to sort all my performance and bug issues out my self (thanx to the community)

********POSSIBLE ENDING SPOILERS********

Things i didnt do that i DIDN'T KNOW i could was:

-help the mutants and nightkin
-stop the fiends from vault 3

Things i should have done was:

-install the sheriff not the robot (i think)
-not stage a coup on the BOS and not blow them up
-Do Rauls quest
-help the followers more at Freeside (?maybe the Doc there?)
-keep papa kahn in power to see what happens

Interesting, I finished my first playthrough last night as well.

I was VERY impressed with the detail in the ending, although it did mention a few things I didn't even know I missed, it was cool to hear exactly what my actions did to affect the Mojave :)

Wow, I just found out there are implants! WTF, that whole fist game and didnt even know that was in the game. Sweet. Im starting a second play-through on normal with hardcoe mode ON and goin with mr house ending this time. Didnt like how my ending showed that all the work i did the NCR ended up screwing it up in the long run so screw them lol.

I had it crash on me 13 times.

I had it crash on me zero times and I'm at 69 hours on my first character.

I finished yesterday and had about 55 hours. It only crashed 3 times.

I really enjoyed the game. I even got the ending I was trying for, so that was really satisfying.

From poking around other threads I can see that there is a lot of stuff I didn't do, so I'm going to play it again. I thought I was fairly thorough but apparently I was far from it. I have read about stuff that I didn't even know was included in the game.

I'm kind of waiting around for a patch before I restart though. I'm also starting to look at mods.
