Obtaining Call Dragon before level 36 is worthless according

You know I don't mind level scaling with enemies and followers but with quest rewards and things like this there should be a warning before you screw yourself over.

"Odahviing is leveled, but at a substantially higher level than the player until a maximum of level 50 is reached when the player is level 36"

"Odahviing's level will remain as it was when first encountered, so if The Fallen is done early, Odahviing will become a decreasingly effective combatant as the player levels up."

"At his lowest level, Odahviing is as strong as a Blood Dragon. While at his maximum level he has the same status as an Ancient Dragon."

The underlined part makes me think the the whole thing is false, a Ancient Dragon is crazy strong and does insane damage. It's the strongest most powerful single thing in the game. This is saying that if you obtain Odahviing at level 36 you basically have a Ancient Dragon that when you call will own everyone until they are dead.

Here is the wiki link

If anyone can confirm on this I would appreacite it, as I will reload a earlier game to obtain a Call Dragon if this is true.

I can't confirm it but I'd certainly like to know.
