Hello there,

So i ran into an interesting bug today. While trying to get Odahviing to land I waited for a good long time. After about 10 minutes of looking at him flying away to the horizon, reappear then go to the horizon again I frenzied and killed the jarl, huscarl and the guard and then he instantly landed. So I reloaded and tried again, no matter how long or little I wait he won't land untill I start whacking away at the npcs... Which is clearly not a desireable course of action because they wont stop attacking me, bounty etc.


Sooooo... any ideas how to get the mtf to land without homocide?

Have you tried using Dragonrend on him?

Yes I have. It's very easy to do once he actually engages (after I slaughter the npcs) but before that nothing can target him (arrows, magic, shouts including dragonrend).

I've just encountered. Earlier I also ran into another bug/glitch. The woman in the elder scroll bit wouldn't die because alduin wouldn't attack. Fixed that by forcing her death.
