When i do enter vats and select my shot placement i hit the ok button and it never shoots sitting their in slow motion and sits there for about 30 seconds and returns to normal.
Never fires any shots and combat just goes slow-mo with me stuck in vats.Anyone else having this problem?

yes, it tends to happen when I am usibg rifles I found that it helps when you reload before entering V.A.T.S

it has happened to me a couple times...it is a well known glitch.
