They've got a lot on their plate right now. In my opinion, a simple thing such as this which can easily be remedied by turning them off is not really a high priority. I expect it to come, but not until things settle down a bit.

Yep being that a mod fixes it and causes no conflicts chances are it won't be coming any time soon. Data Files and disable if it bothers you since those textures where not previously in the game it will be just like playing before the HD pack was released.

PRoblem is in order to fix it using the current state of the Workshop and Steam integration it would require redownloading the entire 3+ GB DLC over again in order to fix a few MBs worth of textures --- and having everyone that is using the DLC textures all over again would be wasting a lot of bandwidth !!

How much RAM and VRAM do you have and are you using a 32-bit OS or a 64-bit OS?

Unfortunately, your system is unable to handle the DLC. It generally uses more resources than you have and, in order to use more resources, you'd need a 64-bit OS and, possibly, a video card with more VRAM depending on various settings.

Search the mods on Nexus, the DLC texture fix one will sort you out.
