so im at the point to help pacer with the ncr fight i dont weant to kill ncr but they attavk on site. ive tried everything unarmed hands down, im neutral with them ive worn ranger armor and other ncr armor. but they keep attacking me?

That depends on what you did, if you warned The King they sent an emmisary to discuss a relief effort, then you can peacefully defuse the situation, if you encouraged the Kings to war against the NCR in Vegas, then there is no choice but violence.

Edit- If you have a bad NCR Reputation, that will do it to, but you said you're neutral to them so nevermind.

Did you make sure to holster your fist?

Are you sure they're attacking you and not just shooting in your direction. The shooting starts just as you arrive and dies down when two or three of the Kings have been killed, at which point you should be able to walk behind the little watch tower and talk to the NCR officer.

i just did the quest with....i forgot his name but the guy at the ncr camp at the strip to kill pacer and blame the silver rush to end that quest so whatever i was mad i still got rex tho
