I've looked up the quests in online vids. The problem is that Raul says a line at the end of all his stories where he says "I realize I've always had my doubts," to which the player is forced to respond "Doubts? About what?" At this point, Raul says what his decision is. Well, for whatever reason, I just don't get that option. I'm not forced to say that line; I'm thrown out of the conversation entirely. The conversation ends there and nothing happens. Asking Raul to repeat the convo does nothing, either.

What the heck happened? Did I do something wrong? Luckily I'm on a PC so if there's some sort of console command to make the player response reappear, I can use it. Anyone know a solution?
