This Information may not be 100% Accurate soo clearify if u Can In Old World Blues you will discover how some of the Mojave’s mutated monsters came to be when you unwittingly become a lab rat in a science experiment gone awry. You will need to scour the pre-War research centers of the Big Empty in search of technology to turn the tables on your kidnappers or join forces with them against an even greater threat.
Best new Enemy - Lobotomites are hapless victims of medical experiments performed in the Big Empty, reduced to savage, gibbering monsters. As their name suggests, they are lobotomized humans. Despite the damage to their brain, they are still strong and agile enough to fight hand-to-hand as well as wield and use firearms. Typically, they have a canvas bag with goggles and leather straps over their heads. Weapons-The energy staff is a large black and white stick with a circle block on top with blue lights. When impacted with something, it emits a large blue halo. It was created in the Big Empty.May be similar to the shock baton in Mothership Zeta in terms of effects. The sonic baton resembles a futuristic war-axe with a glowing blue blade of electrical energy at its head, on the other side it has two capacitors which also share the same blue electric current. Upon striking an enemy it electrocutes them and enemies are turned into a blue ash pile when killed with a critical hit; commonly found with energy weapons of all types.Mj?lnir!!! Despite its futuristic looks, the K9000 simply appears to be a heavy, high caliber machine gun with a backpack very similar to a minigun. It has a tank with a brain in it on the side and a pair of moving "ears" that seem to move up and down like a curious dog. A picture of a dog head could mean that this is a brain of a dog, and this gun is somehow assisted by it. The weapon in first person view vaguely looks like a robotic dog head. a direct refrance to doctor who Being grey in color and having four blue diodes as well as a blue oscilloscope on the rear, it fires a ring of blue energy towards its targets. It is said to have the ability to disable shields, unlock new areas and has the merit of being upgradeable and is given to you fairly early in the game. A bit like an upgradeable pulse gun Also a unamed scoped minigun

It's pretty old information from fallout wiki. Nice try it.

I expect they'll release a big patch and the official trailer on this or next week.
