Hmm i curious as to how this will work?
Will it just allow to re-spec your special or can you respec perks and skills as well.

I don't see a full re-spec, but it could be possible. My thought was that it would only be a trait thing. :shrug:

Sadly i cant imagine them letting us do a full re-spec either but who knows maybe (i hope)
