In the upcoming add-on, Old World Blues, there is confirmed reports that an extremely advanced A.l. known as ODYSSEUS is to play the part of the overseer of the Big Empty. I was reading his wiki when i noticed that it said it was created by Derek Greenway, a scientist who was working under Poseidon Energy, who were under Enclave control at the time before the war. This led me to think that, maybe the Enclave do have a part in this DLC. I don't know though. Your thoughts?

It would be interesting but I doubt it, the most they might have to do with is them having records of being there at a time, I doubt there will be any there. But you never know :shrug:

I don't recall any evidence pointing to the Enclave leading Poseidon other than having that rig.

The info is that you're caught up in a mutation experiment, in which you can either turn the tables on your captors or you can help them. So far, from what it sounds like, I might be helping them...sometimes people have to get hurt for a good cause. Sometimes you wish that someone hadn't gotten caught up in it...but the game was rigged from the start.

They both feature a large "E" at their center. The dialogue and notes found in the game strongly suggest Poseidon was a front for the Enclave.

As for Old World Blues, I doubt we'll find much of the Enclave. Nothing living, anyway. They'll establish the connection in typical Fallout fashion:

• Notes found in paper, holotapes, and computers.
  
• The bodies of some dead Enclave personnel sent to harvest the facility's technology.
  
• A member of the Enclave imprisoned and experimented on.
  
• Prototype Advanced Power Armor in a sealed lab somewhere.
  
• A prototype energy weapon in a sealed lab somewhere.

I swear, if the DLC have the letter "E" it became a immediate evidence that the Enclave will be on it.

Even IF Big Empty is Tibbets Prison (and granted, its a argument that can easily be made), the connection Tibbets had to the Enclave was it was used to test the effect of Isolation and the recycling and water purification systems that would be used later in Safehouse Project (the Vaults), ODYSSEUS was ultimate not part of the Vault project (even if ir was as designed to coordinate and operate all of the Vaults) and Tibbets Prison was only a Enclave facility by the fact it was a Federal Installation (a Military Prison).

You might seem reference to Safehouse Project on this considering how the Big Empty seems ti be based on Tibbets Prison but beyond that ... I serious doubt it.
