While doing the " How little we Know " quest
I just got Cachinos journal and was on my way to confront him when i must have walked through
the wrong door or something because the Omertas started attacking me. I had to fight back which
resulted in failing the quest and now I am shunned on the strip.
Is there any way to rectify this?

Not just you, I too went down the wrong lift or through the wrong door now I can't entre their property without them attacking me and instanly getting Stip Infamy. Would like to know if there is a way of getting back in their good-books before I kill the whole damn lot of them!

Logic

Careful about killing them all. If your doing a playthrough with House he wants you to keep them alive, but I believe he allows a single time to disobey his orders. I'm not sure if there are other faction leaders that want you to keep them alive, I know Yes Man doesn't care, but I'm not sure about Ceasar and the NCR.

I don't think there's any way to fix it, other than loading a previous save.

if u failed the mission restart it. then use a stealth boy going to sneak mode and finish the mission that way. u will need alot of stealthboys and silent running perk. there are other ways to get ur strip frame up by doing missions for other casino on the strip.

I actually only needed one stealth boy, just to talked to the first Omerta and ran through his dialouge, now they are all friendly again. :thumbsup:
