Can she make a new version that makes sense, so many lines scream pro-stormcloaks surely the scourged that has sullied thier hopes and their dreams are imperials and the thalmor, ignoring their ways and saying no "man" could make it to the divines.
I can see how Stormcloaks can be seen as aggressors but surely any song about driving out anyone and restoring anything would be about Imperials, the thalmor and thier way of life, worshipping talos included.
"We drink to our youth, to days come and gone.
For the age of aggression is just about done.
We'll drive out the Thalmor and restore what we own.
With our blood and our steel we'll take back our home.
Down with Tidus the killer of Gods.
On the day of your death we'll drink and we'll sing.
We're the children of Skyrim, and we fight all our lives.
And when Sovngarde beckons, every one of us dies.
But this land is ours and we'll see it wiped clean.
Of the scourage that has sullied our hopes and our dreams."
Or something anyway, a few words changed and it could have been a song sung fitting the alliegence of the town.
