After the patch sometimes when I'm walking(its never happened during combat)I'll take my hand off the anolog stick but my character will keep moving.It doesnt happen a lot but its lag time and it didnt do it before the new patch.

Slowly or regular speed? Same thing happens to me

I have this on PC on all Beth games that use the same engine as NV ( please don't post the Obsidian remark it's pointless ).

I once wondered if it was a stuck key, but have had it on a many keyboards, just keep fiddling the knobs by yourself ( oh missus ) and the anim should unstick.

This happens to me all the time. My joysticks are on the fritz and don't always go back to neutral so they will move or aim by themselves.

I had this happen before the patch. (Note- I'm on PC though and use my keyboard + mouse for everything). I can't remember if I saved and then reloaded, or just reloaded the last save, but whatever it was, didn't come back.
