Well Hate to say it but brink has one shot kills. While playing on normal difficulty I was hit by a shotgun and instantly went down. One of my steam friends was running down a hallway and got hit once from an AR and died. One Bullet. DEAD. And it keeps happening. Any know if it's some kind of bug or are some weapons just too powerful atm?

I'm not sure, you must've been hurt and not noticed it. The effects of having low health aren't very prominent, unlike Bad Company 2 and Call of Duty. Same with the bot that got hit with the AI. Either way, chances are you got headshot, or you both could've been using light body types.

And when you get hit like that, remember, you're not dead yet. You're incapacitated.

If a heavy blasts you with his shotgun (name slips me right now) at close range, it should be a OHK. I mean, cmon. Lets be real, it's a shotgun. Long as they don't make the snipers stronger, I'm fine with it seeing as if someone tries to hit me with a shotgun they can get a big hello from my carb-9. :flamethrower:

NO its rampid in the game, one shot shotty kills well away, and the other guns are 2 shoting you its rather annoying this game is nothing like they pertrayed it to be and I honestly want my money back tho that will never happen. Great marketing guys you svckered much of us hardworking people out of another $60 we could have used for somethign a bit more honest and enjoyable. Graphics are aweful, servers are nothing but constand lag and it jsut isnt the game they pretended but way to go you svckered us really good

I know the Mossington + a damage boost is a OHK and same with the Barnett on a light.

when you go down without anyone as a medic.. your dead
but if I can catch it happening on fraps I'll post a video link I normally play as heavy or medium because light body is a joke atm.

Too many people focused on quotes about them trying to do away with things that made the game less fun.

I figured they would be there, I've seen them, they don't bother me at all.
