When I perform a decapitation, I would like to be able to pick up my enemies head and put it in my home.

lol, how about cut off their ears too, or make items out of skin, and dance nvde in your home

There is a quest where you collect a certain type of NPC's head(s), without spoiling anything. You have the option to obtain more than you need to complete the quest to keep for yourself should you want to do so. I think that's the best you can do as of right now.

well there was this video with a guy that had like 12 heads in a bookcase, just sitting around, so it is possible to gather them, you'll have to kill them in the same area as you plan to store them though

Yeah, we could kick them down the road like a soccer ball and eventually get them to where you want them, but that'd take quite a long time. I think he wants the option to take them just like taking any other items.
