One *small* thing you love about this DLC

Post » Sun Feb 03, 2013 11:09 pm

I like the new music
dun, dun-dun dun, dun-dun dun
when you enter raven rock, and the new pet followers, Steadfast and rieklings
(although its glitchy so i cant get rieklings)

One little thing... Well, I like how the island is a true political part on Morrowind, now.

Although, the people need to have different dialogue if you are a Dunmer. I play as a Dunmer and when I did the "Served Cold" quest, the woman in the tomb still said, "...You aren't even Dunmer." Ummm... YES I AM!!! If that was fixed, that would be my small thing.

Odd, she didn't say that to me. She acknowledged I was a Dunmer by guessing I was there for the same reason she was. Hmmm.

Anyhow... my thing would be... the Dwarven Spider follower! Ah he's so cute. :)

Only one thing? The cult robes. I spent 30 minutes after putting them on my khajiit just looking at them. Not a fan of the masks though.

You mean the drink, Matze? That's liquor, but I don't think it's corn likker.

I think he meant "maize." Corn to most English-speaking folks, "maize" is a Native American word.

The one *small* thing that I absolutely loved: finding piles of gold!

I was like :woot: when I went into that room in Gyldenhul Barrow.

My new stalhrim sword with its epic frost enchant (stalhrim things get a boost to frost enchants).

My Unrelenting Force is now Lethal. That's a big deal to me. It was pretty satisfying watching a foe tumble down a mountainside breaking every bone in their body.

But that's chicken-[censored] in comparison to unleashing my mighty roar and watching them as they become nothing more than dust in the wind.

So then, where is "maize" found in the game?

Neloth of House Telvanni. Best and most hilarious NPC in Skyrim by far

I love how completely and utterly narcisistic and callous he is. He's had an apprentice and a steward die because of his "research" for the most part and he's just like "eh, whatever, I'm a Telvani wizard and they were lucky to have the time they had with me."

My favorite tiny little thing ... I'm a big fan of the waves too. It helped to make an already realistic environment that much more immersive.

The new followers are pretty awesome too.

For those wondering where to get the bound dagger spell tomb: Neloth's apprentice sells it. You will have to do one quick little misc quest for him and after it's done you will have a number of new (and old) conjuration spells available in his shop. He is also a follower and a Conjuration trainer so we now have another follower we can train from for free. ;)

Oh I'd also like to add Hernaeus Mora's new design; I mean I like the way he looks in the statues and that but in Dragonborn he looks cute (to me, I have an odd definition of cute).
