Maybe they've had enough of you. You're probably all anyone ever talks about these days.

People with no friends on average usually get nobody coming to their wedding.

We were anticipating you coming out back for the surprise party, but I guess you left early.

Same thing happened to me. I just married Jordis, and aside from two of the people from my life in Skyrim, only Lydia showed up. She didn't look too happy, but she showed up to wish us well, and said something afterward I've never heard her say before, something like "Yeah, whatever." Not that exactly, but that was the sentiment. Given her disposition, I believe she beat the crap out of most of the people coming to the wedding before they got to Riften.

Or, more likely, I've got dragon breath and crypt aroma so strong the nobody really wants to be around me.

"Oh, it's so nice to see you, Dragonborn. Say, would you mind standing downwind? Yeah, about ten feet that way. Thanks! Now, how can I help you?"

Think about it. When you get close to people, they step back a couple paces. You thought it was your aura of strength, air of confidence and competence, and your overwhelming personality. Nah. You stink worse than people who've never bathed in their lives. Housecarls are selected based on having no olfactory senses.

Maybe you went to the wedding too quickly; people have to walk to Riften from other cities, you know. (they never take the carridges)

Being a memeber of the SCA i have worn and fought in full armor E.I chainmail and platemail...and believe me when i say that after an hour of running around hitting other ppl in armor that you begin to stink...after 2 hours you can see the "stink waves" floating off of yourself. But it is so much FUN!!!

I'm intrigued... What is this SCA you speak of? And do they allow the arcane arts?

And you uppity bastiches call the rest of us "Mundanes." Yeah, I'm on to ya, I'm watchin' ya.

Really, though, it's a lot of fun. I've been to meetings and a few retreats / events, and it's a blast. Just never really had time to devote to it.

the ren fair charges you to get in and crap like that with the SCA your a member of the group that at last count i hear was over 1 million "players" so no money really to be made unless you can actually make stuff to sell that ppl would want to buy lol

Yeah, there are armorers, metalworkers, jewelers, really talented musicians, artists, craftsmen keeping alive the old ways and methods and knowledge, and making a living doing it. It's a fascinating world they've built.
