To thoughs of you that liked him being about, if Cicero's body in your game has not despawned then you can reanimate him
and he will still talk as if he was alive with non of the moaning.

I think he should pronounce his name properly.

At first I hated Cicero, but he grew on me.

IMO, the best voice acting in the game and the most unique. Now I just can't bear to kill him because he's so awesome.

When faced with several possible outcomes regarding a quest I usually save, do them all, and keep playing the save with the preferred outcome. In the case of Killing Cicero or not, I didn't bother to save. I just cut his head off with my newly pickpocketed Blade of Woe and never looked back.

I find him both funny and pretty awesome character wise. The fact that in his journals he goes from a pretty normal sounding guy to the weird little thing that he is now.

But I aint gonna lie, when he came up to me outside the Sanctuary after I spared him and he said he was there to kill me I was ready to ice him lol.

I find it little weird that Sithis or the Void is against killing him.
Cicero is the only remaining member of the DB that actually wants to follow the 5 tenants.

I like Cicero. He's an interesting and vaguely tragic character. More than anything though, he's loyal to the tenants, the Night Mother and Sithis, without that core, the Dark Brotherhood is exeptionally bland. Astrid's utter disregard for the old ways made me loathe her.

Cicero is crazy. But then again, you have to at least be a little crazy to be in the DB.I thought he was an interesting character and fit in perfectly as a member of the Dark Brotherhood.
I decided to spare him because even though he tried to kill everybody, at least he understands how the DB is suppose to operate. That and he's obviously deadly with a dagger.
I tried to have him follow me but he got annoying after a couple minutes. So now he just hangs out back at the DB sanctuary and tends to the Night Mother.

I find him both funny and pretty awesome character wise. The fact that in his journals he goes from a pretty normal sounding guy to the weird little thing that he is now.
Well, talking to a mummified corpse that doesn't respond to you for a couple of years will do that to a person.lol

Spoiler
if this is from the quest Dlayed Burial then I never saw Ciceco before I pass right by that quest and when to the quest Innocence lost quest I don't even know if I can still do the quest.

I wish they had gotten Mark Hamil to play him.

Not a fan of him as presented in game.

Did anybody acctually help him on the side of the road before you knew who he really was?
I remember I didn't help him, and I had played that quest before and wanted to see what would happen if I didn't help him. I went back up to that farm and found the couple dead in their house. Oh Cicero.....

One of the few true assassins that understands what th DB was based on and how they must have it to survive. Yes, he is also quite mad, but very loyal.

Cicero maybe a complete tool, but at least he is loyal to the TRUE DB, unlike the rest who only lick Astrid's boots.

And yes, I helped him along the road.

He seemed really out of place to me. Like a cartoon character in a live-action movie.
This is precisely why I like him. He's just so different from all of the rest of the characters in Skyrim. He talks way too much when he's following me, so I don't bring him along anywhere, but I never kill him.

I think Lucien Lachance is speaking FOR Sithis in that Circero is a loyal Dark Brotherhood fanatic.

Sithis, himself, and the Nightmother are unlikely to care about anyone dying.

true, to me i was devestated when i thought the funniest charector from the dark brotherhood didnt survive...the cranky old mage. That man gave the best advice in the game for ANY situation.

"want my advice heh? Well just do what i do. calmly walk up to the victim, introduce yourself, melt thier face off and then run like the wind!" pretty much finding myself doing that with pretty much every situation int he game. R.I.P.

also i think he was the only other one that was loyal to the dark Brotherhood because he was very happy and excited about Cicero showing up and returning to the old ways.

I second this notion. That would be one hell of a parrt with those two at the table together. I would love to be there for that, even if only as a fly on the wall...I could just imagine...LOL...
