Hello, Little noob here, Just got the game today and I'm really liking it, Although the only thing wrong is it's not very fun playing with NPC's all the time, So heres my problem:

When I select "Freeplay" - "Public Game" it only lets me select the following tabs: Game mode, Map, Match Settings, rank availability and Start mission, It doesn't let me select Play Mode or Visibility..

Now i don't know if this is got anything to do with that Code in the "Online Stats" section or not, but its really bugging me..
Can anyone help?

You don't have access to play mode or Visibility via Freeplay. I think it was made to be more basic and streamlined. If anything, check that in the options.
