There is a list of Tolkien orcs http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Orcs.

All of the ES orc names are http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Orc_Names.

Also note that in ES the last name is always prefixed depending on gender, "gro-" for males, and "gra-" for females, and are followed by the father's name if male, or mother's name if female. So if Gothmog is the son of Azog, his name will be Gothmog gro-Azog.

I pulled my orcs name from that elder scolls list. Got a name for my dunmer off that same website.

It depends if you want it to be lore-friendly or not.

This. I tend to make my names lore friendly. I do have some specific scenarios where I will change the name to go against lore. For example, my Khajiit's name is Nidhogg. It's a name from old Norse mythology. He's blind from birth (those blue eyes look awesome too), and a master of the Whispering Fang fighting style. AKA Unarmed. His back story is that he was abandoned as a child by his parents in Skyrim. A Nord couple took him in out of pity when they found him abandoned in the freezing cold, near death. He was nurtured back to good health, had no name and nobody knew anything about him. So that explains his name, as well as why he's able to enter the cities unlike the other Khajiit. If it wasn't for his parents adopting him as their own son, he would never be welcomed. That and he is Dovahkiin after all.

Shrek

Thrall (warcraft)

Grom Hellscream (warcraft)

If you want something Lore-friendly:
Ongromar

Grolag

Bolag

As for the last names, combine 2 words that stand for violence OR of an orc language (ish):

Blood-fist

Gut-Beard (o_O)

Gro-Bashog

Lol, your almost getting there... But orc first names typically begin with nearly all consonants and end with K,G,S, and some times H
