Orc Strongholds, Argonian communes and Khajiit caravans

In the main game we see about, 4 strongholds, 1 main commune with two other little dock societies, and 3 caravans, do you think they will be expanded/added upon in DLC, and if so how would you like to see them expanded/added upon?
