I was just playing and a random dragon popped out near an Orc stronghold. It proceeded to wipe out everyone there completely with a little help from myself because the orcs attacked me also. I'm just curious, will these guys respawn or are they gone forever? I didn't get a chance to do the orc quest(s) yet so it could be cause to reload.

I don't believe so. Just adds to replayability
