Original version...

I'm french, but I do enjoy english voices. French actors are usually disapointing in comparison with the american ones... Espacially when we have such a good casting ! (Danny Trejo !)

However, my english skills aren't good enough to enjoy the whole game exprience. Thus, here lies my question : will we be able to enjoy english voices with foreign subtitles ?

I did a few investigations, but nothing showed up. Sorry if it had been answered before.

Thanks !

I'm sad to say that the most likely answer is no.

That's pretty lame, subtitles can't take up that much extra space to include.

It would take more time to add them over the english voices. There's a lot of dialog.

Thanks for your answers, guys. I hope I'll manage to hear the english voices once the game comes out. But yeah I do believe I'll have to mod my game !

And we can only have like 100 letters in the dialogue box right?
Different languages use different amount of letters in their words.
Might go over the limit or they might have to re-write it and shorten it down all together.

Quickly! You still have 35 days left to master English and enjoy the superior voice acting in time for New Vegas :tops:

Actually there were french subtitles (and I believe other languages as well) in Fallout3. I guess it's not the issue here !
