Outfits and armours made from animals. Not just bear (Stormcloak) and stag (Forsworn) ones like we currently have. I want to dress in fabolous sabrecat fur or some fine horker leather. There's also plenty of mammoth, chaurus, wolf, fox, rabbit and slaughterfish to skin. Oh and jewelry crafted from said creature's bones, teeth and claws. Skyrim is a harsh, unforgiving place where nothing should be let go to waste. So make it actually feel like that. Wool is for milkdrinkers, real men and women wear freshly skinned animal hide.

some cool looking Ice Mage Robes, and More Hoods :l
they'd have to look the same though and be different colors. I liked collecting all the Hoods in Oblivion :D

I even was able to steal M'aiq and S'drassa's Hoods, and I'm on Console :)

I'd like to see a ton of more variety in early to mid game armor. I get that Daedric/Ebony/Glass are pretty much the best of the best in terms of stuff you can get in the Elder Scrolls universe, but I'm sick of all of my characters wearing the exact same things from start to finish.

Would love to see some of the Nordic armor featured in previous games. Nordic Fur, Nordic Trollbone armors, as well as Bloodmoon's Wolf and Bear armor plus a return of Stalhrim! l also want to see the reappearance of some old armor from Morrowind like Netch, Chitin, and Bonemold plus higher tier Imperial armor. Probably in general it would be great to see some sets or partial sets of armor inspired by other cultures from all around Tamriel, not just Skyrim. But in particular from neighboring Morrowind, Cyrodiil and Highrock.

I'd love to see more clothing. Just plain clothing, adventurer's outfits, cutpurse outfits, assassin garbs, but with no armour. And you could find enchanted clothing in Oblivion, why not in Skyrim?

Cloaks. My mage would love to walk around in a mysterious black cloak, and i daresay my assassin would too!

None in particular, I would just like there to be more choices of clothes. The "Fine Clothes", there is only 4 different variations.

Lots more light armor, and less bulky looking heavy armor. Stuff that's generally more aesthetically pleasing overall.

Yeah I agree with this, the variety of clothing options isn't very selective. there is four sets of rich outfits, few middle class and a few poor sets of clothing, why not make it a ton for each.

When I play a rogue or thief I dont want to wear armor, I like wearing clothing. Much lighter, better for sneaking, and I dont like switching from clothes to armor depending on what Im doing. It takes away the immersion. No one can throw on a set of armor when attackers are rushing them with swords and axes.

And mages deserve a much better selection of robes or mage armor to wear. There should be light armor or even heavy armor just for mages.

More race specific armor, all nord armors from MW, Colovian fur helm, Bonemold and Chitin for the Dunmer (make them wear it too), Imperial Templar armor etc.
