That you will be driving in "vehicle zones" outside of "on foot zones" which may be locked to just that i.e. you may not be able to exit the vehicle at the time

A likn would be nice, I can understand locking vehicles from certain areas ie towns but not being able to exit the vehicle when I'm just driving around bothers me if thats truly what were getting.

dont you get loot from other vehicles you take out? if you cant get out of the car how do you get the loot? just drive over it? im confused..
