FB "Page" help

Post » Thu Sep 01, 2011 5:48 pm

My wife manages a FB Page for a non-proffit. Until a few days ago she could post a status comment, link, and or photo as the admin, and all likers could see it. (just like a normal FB page)

Now, the likers can't see the posts in their feeds/home/wall. When Likers go to the organization's FB Page, the recent posts don't show. When she logs in as the admin, she can create and see her posts.

For privacy settings, she can only go to managed settings which appear to all be set up the correct way.

Has there been a recent change, are there other privacy settings, or a different method of sharing that's recently been implimented?

In other words, her messages ain't gettin out.

Thanks for any help,
Rumbly

Edit: Looking at FB's forums, it looks like one other has a similar problem that started around the same time. Also, what's with the 100 character limit for posting a question there? :banghead:

Might sound like a stupid question, but is she clicking the "Use facebook as ______" text link on the right hand side of the page?
Screwed me up on a page I admin. recently.

Not sure; but I don't think so. She hit the hay, so I'll ask in the morning.

Thanks :foodndrink:

Are you sure it's the likers that can't see it, and not you? Because if there are too many comments on something, they get capped and not show up until you refresh. If they get a notification for it, then they can check their email and it would show up there.
