PAL saves on NTSC disc?

Hello, I am wanting to buy NV but my save is from a EU disc (I rented it, and I might buy it in the US)
Will it still work on an US disc?

No, I don't think so. While I'm not 100% sure (so it's possible I'm wrong), I'm pretty sure that the saves for all PS3 games are regional.
