I got this task at the Bard's College, went to Hob's Fall Cave and cleared out all the nasties. I got the flute in my pack, however, when I talk o Pantea, I never get a conversation line that allows me to give the flute to her. Any help would be very appreciated.

I think all 3 of these quests are bugged. You never get rid of them either after turning in the quests.

Bugged. You can force the quest to complete if youre on pc. Otherwise, bugged till patch. Sorry.
