This isn't a bug, per se; but it has become a severe annoyance. Anytime my "Bullseye" perk takes effect, it will cause my shot to miss if the target is far away. This is because it paralyzes the target the instant you release the draw string, as opposed to on contact; the target then falls out of the way of my travelling arrow. The effect should be changed to take effect only on contact of the arrow.
