The aestethic bug is the Draugr eyeglow having returned on my character, fortunately my character is an orc and most of his face covers the glow, making it only visible when moving around.
The gamebreaking bug is (two handed) power attacks no longer being timed, meaning I can launch 3 strikes in a second or so.
Normal strike-power strike-normal strike can now be done in a single swing animation.
I was glad both bugs were resolved, I'm puzzled as to how they were brought back to life?
