I understand other companies getting DLC first. It happens all the time. What is frustrating is that the patch notes for 1.06 list fixes that PS3 could really benefit from. SO my question is, why haven't we on PS3 gotten any word on, at least, the patch?
I'm more than happy to wait for Dawnguard dlc, since I understannd the Bussiness behind the exclusiveness of it to Microsoft, but the waiting for the patch, and the non communication is dreadful infuriating. The patch isn't just for Dawnguard. If you read the notes for it there are MANY things in there that PS3 also needs immediately. This is bad bussiness, and I think will lose an entire fanbase of PS3 players. I'm not even bothered that they get Kenect shouts capibility( even though Playstation eye and Move could do the same thing), I'm just upsset about the patch.

When are we gonna get ANY info about it? It is stated in the notes that the patch is for all platforms, so why the secracy, and blaitant neglect to PS3?
If it continues I will be prompted to look into legal ramifications, through several scources includung Better Bussiness burrough, and other government consumer protection agencies.

It isn't even about getting the DLC that I'm upset about. Everyone on General discussion forum (including Moderator) flamed me for "whining" about not getting the DLC. That's just not the issue at all, and they misunderstand my intentions because they are already playing a patched game. What is so infuriating is PS3 hasn't even had ANY communication fron a Moderator or Dev member since May 24th.
All I'm worried about is the Patch with fixes in it that would severaly help PS3 version, like memory leaks, stability fixes, save game loading, etc. I don't even cares so much about mouted combat or other Dawnguard related items listed in the patch notes.
What I do want is the PS3 owners to be legaly protected from this kind of poor customer service and neglect. I spent some time looking into consumer protection rights, and found some very interesting laws regarding this very subject. PC and Microsoft users are being communicated to by developers and moderators, as well as getting their version of the software fixed or at least worked on. All the while neglecting another costumer base ie. PS3 users. This falls under Cunsumer Protection Rights of Costumer Discrimination. Look it up.

And, no I don't care about getting the DLC first, second , or last. I care about the other game fixes listed in the patch notes. I don' even care about mounted combat, only a fixed base game wich the patch clearly states there are fixes to.
