The description of the patch is very lacking, what ACTUALLY changed? Some people report that NPCs can now bid when playing Caravan.

It's really vague indeed. I guess they wanted to get a patch out ASAP and didn't bother with the changelog?

I hope we get a proper changelog for future updates though.
