So the new patch washes out my screen with yellow light if I enable AA or Anistropic at all (which creates crap graphics at no settings)

AND it reverses my mouse buttons

I wonder what other wonderful things it does to my game

One of the "quirks" of 1.6 that we found in the beta is that on first load, it resets all your keybindings. I assume this would include mouse as well, particularly if you changed the left and right handed attack controls around. You should be able to reset this back to the way you originally had it, however. Can you not do that?

The mouse configuration that you're experiencing is the default. The new update resets key-bindings, as we learned over on the beta board weeks ago.
