I've installed the latest patch and game was running normaly until I realized that Veronica's Power Fist disappeared but it's sound effects were still active. I re-loaded a save file and that seemed to work but when I entered a building or area it disappears again. Hours later, I was following my quest log and decided to continue the Three Card Bounty, when I returned to Camp McCarran to get my reward, the game crashed when I tried to enter the camp, I've already hard-reset the console and tried it again but the same thing happened. I repeated the last step, but this time I dismissed Veronica & ED-E to the Lucky 38, and I could enter Camp McCarran.

Anyone having troubles like these?
