First of all, to all you people bashing Bethesda, you do realize Bethesda only published this game and made sure Obsidian didn't mess with any lore Bethesda had planned, so blame Obsidian if you must, they're the developer. Second, Obsidian does care about people who are having problems with the game, which is why they are releasing patches, that have helped many users. They are still working on patches so you can't honestly say they don't care. As far as them developing DLC along side the patches, that's just an efficient use of resources. The people developing the patches (programmers) most likely have nothing to do with new quests and such that mostly require scripting and are done by the designers and such. I personally, have only encountered the VATS bug where you don't attack, but stay in VATS for the period of time your attacks would have taken, so I am obviously not as upset as you guys are, but if you take a step back, take a deep breath, and look at this situation objectively, you'll see you aren't purposely being screwed, and if you didn't wait for reviews of a game (and nearly all of F:NV reviews mentioned the glitches and bugs) before you bought it, then it was an error on your end.
Also, can't wait for the new patch and DLC!
Note: I'm not trying to start to anything, I just see these threads that do nothing but irrationally bash Obsidian and Bethesda, and it just bothers me to no end, so I had to say something. I also probably won't reply back if you comment on this post, but feel free to anyway, just in case, I might be up for a good debate.
