So better performance yay.

Question:
I'm using the d3d9.dll fix...
Should I delete it now?

Yeah, this patch appears to solve the performance issues concerning NPC facial expressions, there should be no reason to use this DLL now. It also solves the water rendering glitch that was causing camera turning stutter, so you can feel free to set Water Multisampling back to High if you turned it down.

I'm gonna say go for it. I just got rid of mine and so far the game is running SMOOOOOTHLY. No more slowdowns because someone's talking. This patch has just made my day.

I am SO mad too!!! I paid 60$ for this game! The least they can do is to give us the patch!

Is anyone else suddenly missing FalloutNV.exe ?

I start my game through NVSE, when I just went to try it, I had the message "Cannot find FalloutNV.exe"; looked in the folder and sure enough, it's gone!
