When playing on the PC, how do I even know that my game is patched? I find it odd that Steam has no manual update option, and so far after downloading the game, I haven't seen any killcams or anything that would suggest that my game is patched. What can I do?

Any help would be appreciated!

While in-game, hit Esc to bring up the options/statistics/etc. menu. In the lower left-hand corner of that menu, there should be a version number. What does it say? The current PC version is 1.5.26.0.4.

If you're running Steam in online mode, it should patch automatically, either when an update is published or the next time you try to launch the game afterwards. If you're running Steam offline, you need to put it in online mode to grab the latest patches. You can then put it back in offline mode if you wish.
