Can anybody tell me how to show one screen at a time, or pause readout, on a console command.

Example is SQL (Show Quest Log) - it goes by so fast I can't read it. I'd like to either pause or print to a text file. Are either of these possible?

You can use the Page Up/Page Down buttons to scroll through the list. If it is a long list then it will only allow you to scroll up to a certain point (at least it does in my experience when using it).
