In the room off the right (after you get the key) there is a pedestal that looks like you can place something on it or something should be on it...what does it do? Tried dropping things onto it and it sets off a trap, but nothing else noticeable. Up ahead, there is an area with bars across it, does it open this area? If so, how do i keep the pedestal to "stay down?" Nothing in the uesp...

just west of riften, you meet a lady who wants help getting the treasure...anybody? Ever run across something like this in a different place?
