Performance Issues?

I would like to first ask the community if they are experiencing any issues as I am to see if its just on my end. I use to have no trouble with Skyrim and I love this game entirely. Recently I have had issues when fast traveling or moving in large area's such as the wilderness of Skyrim itself. The issues I guess could be considered lag, the game slows down and begins to lag as I look around as if it is buffering of some sort then goes away after about a minute or two. It is extremely bad in cities and takes a bit longer. The game is still playable but I never experienced this ever since I got the game when it came out. I just recently changed my Xbox's output of definition 420p to 720p, could this be a issues? Or is it the new patch, I tried searching for other community issues that relate but no luck. Also I play with the Kinect as well (its awesome) but I never had issues until I just recently been using it, don't know if this could be useful.

So what I am asking is does anyone else have this issue? If so please respond, and if anyone knows a fix it would be much appreciated as to how to fix it. Thanks for reading.

P.S. I have the game downloaded to my Hard Drive but am playing on a Cloud Save. I will be checking if it is affecting my main Hard Drive player. (I use the Cloud and Hard Drive to separate the character saves, I find it easier.)

DO NOT PLAY ON CLOUD SAVES.

I dont know why people cant understand this but cloud is not for active game saves usage. Its a backup and transfer option, not a storage location for gameplay saves. Half the slow downs will be due to the games autosave function having to take to so long as it attempts to save to the cloud. Using the cloud as an active save location will eventually lead to save corruption, especially if you have an issue with your internet while saving data. Even a minor hic-up can corrupt the data.

Do yourself a favour and save the game to either an HDD or a memory stick.
