We have skill books and trainers which automatically increase a selected skill. Am I the only person who would like to see a book or item of some kind which could grant us an other perk point?

Kind of like In fallout that had books that permanently increased a skill. I kind of like that idea.

Skyrim has books that permanently increase a skill as well. I would like to see one that grants a perk point.

Perks that could only be used on a specific skill or across the board?

Preferably something that would allow me to allocate a perk wherever I wished. Out of 180 perks, you can only attain a maxim of 80 of them. And most people don't even reach that.

I would agree with this, would be a great addition more of a rare item, maybe possible to get more then one, (so you could max out everything). But hard to receieve them.

No. Skill books are okay because it just gives us a small boost to something we can already easily level up without the books help. perk points would be dumb.
