was wondering why the perk numbers appear green or red at times? like my one handed weapon perk number , the number that indicates how many points u have in that certain perk is red and a 15 when it was white and was 40 and it doesnt show me having anykind of a debuff. help please. And i went to temple and got blessing to remove curses and my one handed perk is still only at 15 and still red , have no idea why it has dropped so low and not returned to original number.

go to a shrine and cure the disease you have.

baywulf is right, I got that red perk-number for one-handed too, despite trying to get rid of it at a shrine.

But I think it's because of some NPC's one-handed trainings that I got the bug (is it a bug?).
Unfortunately, I forgot the NPC's name, but it was someone in Whiterun I think.
I initially went to Whiterun to cure some disease I had..I noticed it because my stamina was much lower than normal.
But on my way to the temple, I got these training-lessons, so I guess the perk kept it's limitation from the disease throughout the healing-process at the shrine.

I "fixed it", by loading a previous save-game, and avoiding the NPC alltogether.
After I visited the temple, the disease was cured, and no red numbers anymore.
