I'm sure there's a thread about this but is anyone getting their perk skipped when they level up? Not in hardcoe mode but regular mode. Not feeling perky about this. ( Ouch! Awful pun alert haha)

I read on the xbox.com forums that is was normal.

You only get perks every 2 levels

It's kind of a throwback to fallout 1 and 2 where you only got perks every few levels, methinks.
