So I drank some vodka and became addicted. I went to Dr. Strauss outside Novac to cure my addiction. I'm cured and still notice that the effects of the alcohol (+2 strength, +2 charisma, -2 intelligence) is still active. I ignore it and fast travel to the strip. Still there. I wait for about 8 in-game hours. Still there. I start the endgame and check my status right before fighting the Legate. Still freakin there. I reloaded the save file, drank more alcohol, got addicted again and used a fixer. I waited again and it was still there even after the fixer effects were gone. Is there any way to get rid of it?
