So for awhile now, and yes, before the new "buggy" patch, I seem to have this frost effect stuck on my character. It doesn't really impede game play but I have taken cure disease potions multiple times and rested and just cannot get this thing off of me. Underneath my feet there appears to be some frost like symbol or something and a frost cloud coming off of me when I move around. Yes I did fight a frost magic based enemy before it happened. I assume it's similar to the "permanent arrow or ice spike in body" glitch. This is just an eyesore and I'm tired of it.

Whenever anything like that happens to me I just change into a werewolf and hit the wait button a few hours. I've had arrows through the body and shards of ice through the head and chest and they always seems to go away after Werewolf form.

I had the Ice Spike in body thing and it went away after a bit of combat. Maybe this will be the same.

When I had an arrow stuck in my head for a day, I eventually got rid of it by improving the armor at a smith.
