Just out of curiosity are there any perks, spells, shouts or whatever that allow for a permanent raised creature or permanent friendly animal? Like the Permanent atronachs? I feel like the answer is no but still, worth a shot.

Dead Thrall allows permanant zombies of the playable races. Other than that and the atronarch thralls it is a no.
