Permanent way to change FOV : V

Is there any permanent way to change FOV. Even a mod that does it would be great

Add these to your Skyrim.ini under [Display].

fDefaultWorldFOV=85
fDefault1stPersonFOV=85.0000
fDefaultFOV=85.0000

Change the numbers as you see fit.

Changing it in the console is permanent.

I made the edit in the ini and have never had a single problem. Changing it in the console doesn't stick. It will be saved along with your character, but stuff like fast travel, sprinting, etc., can all cause it to revert to default.
