Requirements:
=================

Oblivion 1.2.416

=================
Description:
=================

Peruggia's Passage is a Thief's Hide-a-way in the Imperial City. Inside you will find a sumptuous home with storage and display for all your ill gotten goods as well as multiple hidden entrances leading to other districts of the Imperial City to aide in your shady dealings.

The Main entrance can be found in the IC Arboretum. Best look up.

For the history buffs, the home is named for Vincenzo Peruggia, the man who once successfully 'liberated' the Mona Lisa from the Louvre at the turn of the century.

=================
Details:
=================

This mod is compatible with ImpeREAL City Districts and Imperial Waters. I recommend the use of both, especially Imperial Waters as it provides a nice visual to the Main Entrance.
Also compatible with BananaSplits Better Cities.

=================
Installation
=================

1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data
folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file(s).

=================
Un-Installation:
=================

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the following files/folders associated with the mod.
Peruggia's Passage.esp
Meshes/Red/PeruggiasPassage
Textures/Red/PeruggiasPassage

Thanks guys! And I dunno ani. :D I don't use Better Cities. Could someone who does have a look at all five entrances and see if there are any issues? :foodndrink: I can't imagine there being one really as the mod's exterior impact is minimal.

Edit: Kaos_Sita was kind enough to point out that Peruggia's Passage works perfectly with BananaSplits Better Cities. :celebration:

It sure looks nice, but is it given to you for free? I prefer to have to earn my houses, makes me appreciate them so much more. Also, what kind of features does it have (Alchemy sorters, enchantment alters, etc)?

It's a Theives Hideaway, Theives don't Earn things, they just kind of Aquire them, :evil: ... (and I just happen to be playing a Thief)

:lmao: Then use another house. Yes it's free. No there are no alchemy sorters or magical equipment. It's a hide-a-way aimed at Thieves. Doesn't need those goodies...in my opinion and, as I'm the one who did all the work, my opinion wins.

:chaos: LOL But thanks for the comment.

A couple of the vanilla houses do have Ayleid Stepping Stones in them. With this new house, maybe my thief can just break in to those houses to check those out. muahahahahaha!
