So I have all the required ingredients to proceed with the quest. When I returned to the Khajiit there is no dialogue option to proceed with the quest. I'm on PC so I can use console codes if someone knows them. Reverting to a previous save isn't gonna happen because I took this quest about 20 levels ago lol. Thanks in advance guys.

The lesson of the day is save save save...you're lucky your on pc because otherwise you'd be s.o.l

Try activating the gold pot at the shrine

^This. If it doesnt work try killing Kesh then activating the cauldron.

Worst case, try ~setstage DA13 20

I did save constantly I just got that quest activated about 20 levels ago and so the quest wouldn't be worth it to me to revert to a previous save lol. But I'll try that and see if it works.
