I was wondering is there a list of quests that I should do before the Civil War depending on the side I pick?

I am thinking of going with the Imperial Legion on my Breton character that I am playing now and want to be sure I don't mess up some quests while doing the war quest line, I have restarted my current character a couple of times already due to a bugged quest and a mess up on my par. And I would prefer not to have to do that again lol

And would be nice to have a list for the other side for when I make a Nord.

No you wont, I have multiple characters with the civil war questline complete. You will be fine. Nice choice on which side to join btw.
